Prices listed are in U. S. Dollars and do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Volume orders are by arrangement only.

Shipping:

All shipments are FOB Grand Terrace, California. The carrier used for shipping is at Panadent's option (U.P.S. or U.S. Mail) unless special instructions are received with each order. Shipping, insurance, handling and applicable taxes will be added to all orders. Most orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days. Next-day and 2nd day requests must be received by Panadent before 11:00 A.M. (P.S.T.) and are subject to availability and / or acceptance. All orders requiring Same Day shipment are to be received by 11:00 a.m. (PST) any order that is received after 11:00 will incur an additional expedite charge of $25.00.

Returns:

All products returned for credit must be received by Panadent within 60 calendar days of the original date of invoice. Merchandise may not be returned for credit without prior authorization from Panadent. All items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. All items returned must be in new, unused condition, in the original containers and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. All items must be shipped pre-paid. No C.O.D. packages will be accepted.

Warranty:

Panadent Corporation warrants its products to the original consumer to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of one year. Defective parts will be replaced at no charge during the warranty period. All items returned must have prior authorization from Panadent. Enclose a copy of the original invoice to facilitate processing and to verify warranty status. All parts of the equipment must be returned for warranty repair consideration. Panadent will, at its option, repair, replace, or issue credit for items found defective under warranty.

Payment Information:

Panadent accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, a check with order or will send shipment C.O.D. You may order by phone, FAX, mail or e-mail. If ordering by FAX or mail, be sure to include name, address, phone number, item number, and description. If paying by credit card, please include card number, expiration date and your signature.
