Pricing:

Prices listed are in U.S. Dollars and do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Volume orders are by arrangement only.

Shipping:

All shipments are FOB Colton, California.  The carrier used for shipping is at Panadent's option. Shipping, insurance, handling and applicable taxes will be added to all orders.  Most orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days.  All orders requiring Same Day shipment are to be received by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time; any order that is received after 11:00 will incur an additional expedite charge of $25.00.

Returns:

All products returned for credit must be received by Panadent within 60 calendar days of the original date of invoice.  Merchandise may not be returned for credit without prior authorization from Panadent.  All items returned are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.  All items returned must be in new, unused condition, in the original containers and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.  All items must be shipped pre-paid. 

No C.O.D. packages will be accepted.

Warranty:

Panadent Corporation warrants its products to the original consumer to be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for a period of 60 days from original date of invoice.  All parts of the equipment must be returned for warranty repair consideration.  Panadent will, at its option, either repair, replace, or issue credit for items found defective under warranty.
